Why Goat’s Milk?
Well, firstly, because almost all of us have recently been drinking cow’s milk since the age of two. Now, don’t get me personally wrong, I don’t have anything against cow’s dairy per Se, except that for most of us, this means we have recently been drinking it for more than a couple many years! So switching it up starting now might not exactly be a bad idea.

Because the protein in goat’s dairy has a different cosmetic makeup products than the protein in cow’s milk, many individuals with cow milk allergies can tolerate drinking goat’s dairy.
Compared to cow’s dairy, goat’s milk has similar numbers of protein, fat, flat iron, vitamin C and nutritional D. Goat milk has more natural vitamin A, more vitamin B, and less lactose.
Unlike cow’s milk there is no need to homogenize goat’s milk. While the extra fat globules in cow’s dairy tend to separate to the, the globules in goat’s milk are much smaller and may remain hung in solution.
So give goat’s milk a try. I’m not claiming that goat’s milk is some miracle food, but instead that it’s a delicious drink with health benefits that many people are missing out on.
